Diploma in Teaching
Is this course recognised nationally?
Yes, the diploma is regulated by Ofqual and approved by the Society for Education and Training.
Will I be eligible for QTLS?
Yes. Once you complete the diploma, you can apply for QTLS, which is equivalent to QTS.
Do I need to attend in person?
No. All sessions are delivered online. However, your teaching placement may take place at a local institution of your choosing.
What’s required for the teaching placement?
You’ll need to complete 150 hours of in-person teaching and 20 hours of remote delivery as part of your course.
